Chad has devoted his legal career to helping injured Oklahoma residents and other victims of negligence nationwide. He leads the firm’s Truck Accident Practice Group and brings a vast wealth of experience in handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims arising from truck accidents and commercial vehicle collisions. Amongst other honors, He has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and Top 100 lists, and is the recipient of numerous “Client’s Choice” awards.
Chad has been nationally recognized by Top Verdict for securing one of the Top 50 Motor Vehicle Accident verdicts in the United States. Chad’s history of obtaining multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients has helped countless Oklahomans and others get the compensation they deserved.
Chad is also deeply devoted to serving the legal profession. He actively serves on the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Rules of Professional Conduct Committee and the Professionalism Committee. In 2025 he was honored with the Oklahoma Bar Association President’s Award in recognition of his leadership as Chairperson of the OBA Professionalism Committee. His passion for service to the profession also extends to helping other lawyers further their legal education and develop the skills necessary to help their clients. He is a frequent presenter of continuing education programming and is also a recipient of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Earl Sneed Award, which is given in recognition of outstanding continuing education contributions.
When not at the office, Chad is most likely to be found on the jiu jistu mats, being a supportive ‘cheer dad’, or traveling with family and friends.
- $5.2 million verdict obtained on behalf of client who was injured after being struck by a car
- $3.5 million wrongful death settlement for family of teenager tragically killed while particapting in a cycling event. At issue was a Liability Waiver which operated to relieve the event operator from any negligence. The existence of a Liability Waiver meant our team had to prove the event operator was grossly negligent or acted with reckless disregard, a significantly higher legal standard. Our team successfully built a case focused on failures in route planning and event supervision to overcome the Waiver and secure a significant recovery for our clients.
