About

Simone is a native Oklahoman who graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in vocal music education. After teaching in Pryor, Oklahoma for four years, Simone decided to go to law school and moved back in with her parents in Del City to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Simone graduated with distinction from OU in 1996. While still in law school, Simone began working in the general counsel’s office of a life and health insurance company. This practical experience paved the way for her understanding of the various aspects of insurance claims and business practices.

In 1998, Simone began working on behalf of policyholders in protecting their rights under insurance policies. Simone’s practical, down-to-earth approach quickly puts clients at ease. Her astute litigation preparation delivers results and earns her an unparalleled reputation for success on behalf of her clients. Simone is well known for her seminars on insurance and bad faith litigation in Oklahoma and throughout the nation. After a close family member sustained a serious brain injury in a car wreck, Simone started focusing more of her practice on these types of injuries.

Simone started the Fulmer Group in October of 2014 because she wanted a different experience for clients and her team. She believes that clients’ legal needs are best served when the strengths and skill set of each team member are fully utilized in a collaborative way in every case. Simone designed the entire firm, from the layout of the offices to personnel roles and responsibilities, with high-stakes litigation in mind. By taking cues from the corporate world and hard lessons learned in a traditional law firm environment, several innovative changes were made to how to handle each case. The approach brings to the forefront each team member’s unique talents so the legal needs of clients are met as quickly as possible. In this way, the firm retains the traditional values of achieving justice for clients, but in a way that challenges the status quo.
