Born in Aurora, Illinois, Shelley has spent the majority of her life in Oklahoma. Shelley has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Rose State College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma. Shelley’s 20 years spent in the legal profession is evident in her role as Case Manager. Her organization, attention to detail, and determination keep the wheels in motion at Fulmer Sill and ensure prompt and efficient results.

When Shelley is not hard at work, she spends her time with her husband, their three dogs, and one cat. In her spare time, she also enjoys home remodeling, working on crafts, and spending time outdoors.
