Katie Eidson Griffin is a trial lawyer with Sill Law Group who handles complex litigation matters in federal and state courts across the country with an emphasis on complex products liability and consumer class actions. She represents clients in state and federal trial courts, bankruptcy courts, appellate courts, and mediations. Katie previously served on the complaint and appeals committee for In re: Darvon, Darvocet, and Propoxyphene Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2266 and as a member of the science committee in In re: Avandia Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation, MDL 1871.
Prior to joining Sill Law Group full time in 2010, Katie practiced as a litigation associate with a Dallas based law firm where she practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, employment litigation, and tax controversies. Katie also previously served as the director of the University of Oklahoma College of Law’s Office of Professional and Career Development, where she assisted students with a multitude of career opportunities, including placement of students with firms and federal and state clerkships across the country.
Katie also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she assists in Academic and Bar Support for current law students and recent graduates. She is married to Jay Griffin, a partner with the Oklahoma City law firm of Hartzog, Conger, Cason & Neville, and they have two daughters, Gwin and Mattie.
