Harrison Cole Lujan

Prior to joining Fulmer Sill, Harrison was General Counsel for Magnum Oil Tools International, Ltd., where he established the legal department and implemented many legal policies and procedures for the entire company. The position gave him a unique perspective on corporate objectives while creating business strategies with the goal of providing better legal services and risk management for the company.

In his role at Fulmer Sill, Harrison manages the firm’s finances and is also a critical member of the mass torts and complex litigation team. Harrison currently represents over 75 cities, counties, and tribes in the nationwide opioid litigation, In Re: National Prescription Opiate Litigation, MDL No. 2804, Case No. 17-md-02804. Harrison was also involved in the filing of the first case in Oklahoma regarding the marketing and sale of JUUL, In Re: Juul Labs, Inc. Marketing, Sales Practices and Product Liability Litigation. Other notable mass torts Harrison has been involved in include In Re: Roundup Products Liability Litigation, MDL No, 2741 and In Re: Aqueous Film-Forming Foam Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2873. Harrison also represents victims exposed to contaminated water at Marin Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Harrison received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma, graduating with distinction. Harrison passed both the Texas and Oklahoma Bar Exams. Harrison is best known for his ability to “think outside the box” when approaching complex legal issues and it has afforded him many opportunities for creative solutions as an attorney.

Harrison’s greatest joy is being a father to his son. When he is not trying to keep up with his son, Harrison enjoys being active and is a staple at OKC Thunder games and concerts around town. Harrison has completed several marathons, ultramarathons, and triathlons. Harrison is also an avid OU Sooners fan.
