Dimitri Flowers joined Fulmer Sill full time in August 2023 after clerking with the firm during law school. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, mass torts, multi-district litigation (MDL), and class action lawsuits, representing individuals and families harmed by corporate negligence, defective products, dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, toxic exposure, and large-scale misconduct.
Dimitri works on high-stakes litigation involving factually and legally intricate disputes. Complex litigation often includes multiple plaintiffs, national defendants, extensive discovery, expert witnesses, and substantial damages. In mass tort litigation, Dimitri represents individuals injured by the same defective drug, unsafe medical device, hazardous consumer product, environmental contamination, or large-scale accident. While each client maintains an individual claim for their unique injuries, these cases are frequently consolidated in federal court through Multi-District Litigation (MDL) to streamline discovery and pretrial proceedings while preserving individualized compensation.
In addition, Dimitri handles class action lawsuits, where similarly situated individuals pursue collective claims involving consumer fraud, deceptive business practices, data privacy violations, wage and hour disputes, and other systemic wrongdoing. These cases require strategic coordination, procedural precision, and a deep understanding of federal and state civil procedure.
Dimitri approaches litigation with the discipline and resilience developed during his background in athletics. As a former athlete, he understands that preparation, endurance, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential to success. That same competitive mindset now drives his legal practice ensuring meticulous case preparation, strategic advocacy, and a commitment to pursuing maximum recovery for his clients.
