David Whitener

David joined the firm in 2011, bringing more than 20 years of experience specializing in complex litigation cases involving product liability, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, many of which resulted in large mass torts in both federal and state courts. David has worked for several nationally recognized firms in California and is considered an expert in all phases of litigation representing plaintiffs throughout the country.

In addition, David has extensive knowledge and experience with computer programming and databases and maintains the firm’s case management system. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. and received his master’s from the University of Santa Monica. In addition to his work skills, David is a talented concert pianist.
