Roundup Settlement

Monsanto has agreed to a roundup settlement program with our law firm, which is going to allow you to potentially resolve your claim. This is going to be a long process, but we are here to assist you every step of the way and will provide updated information as this process progresses forward.

Do I decide now if I will accept my settlement?

No, you will be asked to make a final decision when it has been determined that you qualify for the settlement as an “Eligible” claimant and the value of your claim has been determined. In the meantime, we strongly encourage all of our clients to enroll in the settlement process by completing and returning the Enrollment Packet.

What are the next steps in the settlement process?

In general, the settlement process starts with you reviewing (and updating if necessary), signing, and returning the documents which make up the Enrollment Packet. All Enrollment Packets have been mailed so please notify us if you have not received one. Moreover, the Enrollment Packet includes detailed instructions on how to fill out and complete the packet. Again, should you have any questions about the Enrollment Packet please contact us as soon as possible.

Once we receive your completed, signed and dated Enrollment Packet, we will submit your forms, together with medical records confirming your NHL diagnosis, to an impartial Special Master to evaluate your eligibility for participating in the settlement.

Please complete and return the Enrollment Packet at your earliest convenience, preferably within ten (10) days of receipt.

Please be patient during this process as we have roughly fifteen hundred (1500) clients going through this settlement process. It is very important that we gather all the relevant information about your claim and ensure that it is complete and accurate so that the Special Master has everything to offer a fair and reasonable settlement offer. Gathering that information and completing the review will take several months to complete. Your cooperation in providing the necessary information will help keep the settlement process moving as quickly as possible.
