Shelley Hicks, originally from Aurora, Illinois, has spent most of her life in Oklahoma, where she has built a fulfilling career and personal life. She holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice from Rose State College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma, establishing a strong academic foundation for her extensive legal career.

In her 30+ years of experience in the legal field, she has assisted with a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, slip and fall, wrongful death, family law, mass tort, trucking cases, and product liability matters. As Case Manager and Paralegal at Fulmer Sill, her keen attention to detail, unwavering determination, and strong work ethic has been instrumental in ensuring all cases are handled efficiently while also providing clients support and guidance they need during challenging times.

Outside of her professional life, Shelley enjoys quality time with her husband and their beloved pets, Bailey and Atlas, watching sports, traveling every chance she gets, home remodeling, crafting, and being outdoors.
